Pedaling towards small improvements – Pedaleando hacia pequeñas mejoras

[ENGLISH] I can move (about half a mm) the left corner of my mouth!! I will try to make a video but I doubt that it will work; even showing it to B has been quite an effort. I don’t know if it is just the normal course of the illness, almost every viral infection ends up healing, or if the 8 injections of Vitamin B, the herbal remedies and massage plus the Reiki have made a difference. It is certainly some light in the end of the tunnel.

It might have also be related to the lovely weekend that we had together: the two dinners with B, the picnics at the park with friends and seeing G having so much fun on his bike. Today I worked from home and managed to cross a few things off my to-do list. I then went to pick G up around 4pm and we went to a bike track with traffic lights and road signs. He had a blast. It was some kind of collective craziness with all of those little kids just ignoring the most basic rules of road safety, overtaking on all sides, turning without looking… it was kind of miraculous that more accidents didn’t happen.

[ESPAÑOL] Puedo mover (medio mm) la comisura izquierda de mi boca!! Mañana intentaré hacer un vídeo pero dudo que me salga porque incluso enseñarle el movimiento a B ha sido todo un esfuerzo. No sé si la mejoría está relacionada con que la enfermedad está siguiendo su curso, al fin y al cabo casi todas las infecciones víricas acaban curándose, o si las 8 inyecciones de Vitamina B, las mezclas de la herborista y los masajes combinados con el Reiki de ayer han contribuido a la mejoría.

A lo mejor, la mejoría está relacionada con el fin de semana fantástico que nos pasamos: las dos cenas románticas con B, los picnics en el parque con amigos y ver a G pasárselo en grande con su bicicleta. Hoy trabajé desde casa y conseguí tachar un par de cosas de mi lista. Después fui a recoger a G sobre las 4pm y lo llevé a un circuito de bicicletas con semáforos y señales de tráfico. Ni que decir tiene que le encantó, eso sí, el sitio es una especie de locura colectiva con todos los pequeños conductores ignorando las normas más básicas de circulación, adelantando por todos lados, girando sin mirar… la verdad es que es casi un milagro que no sucediesen más accidentes.
